★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza assoluta, gli orari del sito online non coincidono con quelli dell'ufficio, tempistiche assurde ci vuole un'eternità solo per farsi dare un appuntamento! Scortesia è la parola chiave.... Oggi con tre persone in fila da più di un'ora l'addetto è andato tranquillamente a farsi una sigaretta e in più si è pure dimenticato l'appuntamento di un'altra signora non voglio aggiungere altro per non essere volgare. Non ho parole ho solo perso tempo lo sconsiglio vivamente
