★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia mamma un po’ di tempo fa è andata in negozio perché l’iPad acquistato lì aveva dei problemi di funzionamento. Le hanno risposto che Apple lavora così, dopo poco i prodotti non funzionano più e l’unica soluzione è cambiarlo, con tanto di risata da presa in giro.
Abbiamo portato l’iPad a persone più competenti e hanno risolto il problema. Non acquisteremo mai più prodotti in questo negozio.
Peccato perché anni fa il servizio era buono.
My mom went to the store a while ago because the iPad she bought there had some operating problems. They replied that Apple works like this, after a while the products no longer work and the only solution is to change it, complete with teasing laughter.
We took the iPad to more competent people and they solved the problem. We will never buy products in this shop again.
Too bad because years ago the service was good.

Chiamato ieri per un problema con il mio iPhone, di per sicurezza mi ha fatto passare in negozio e mi ha anche spiegato come far fare l’aggiornamento nel miglior modo, richiamato stamattina è sempre super gentile mi ha dato le dritte per risolvere il problema.
