Il centro si presenta bene, c’è però poca o scarsa comunicazione con il cliente, mi viene restituita la cover come da prassi e procedura anche descritta nella mail di appuntamento per l’assistenza. Peccato che quando vado a ritirare l’iPhone, mi accorgo poco dopo che manca lo schermo protettivo rigido che avevo fatto installare proprio in un altro centro Apple, ovvio, un accessorio ma che non è rimovibile come fosse una qualsiasi pellicola protettiva. Non mi viene detto nulla, anzi, non viene nemmeno pulito lo schermo dai residui dell’adesivo del proteggi schermo rigido, tornando in negozio a chiedere mi viene data una risposta tra i denti e ancora noto la poca comunicazione tra negoziante e cliente. Ragazzi, lavorare in un centro Apple non significa essere qualcosa di sovrannaturale, riportate i piedi per terra, comunicate di più con i clienti e avvisate qualsiasi cosa che dovete fare al telefono perché comunque installare questa protezione da Apple è qualcosa di ufficiale ma anche piuttosto dispendiosa.
