 We have redone all the windows in the house and CBM serramenti was the right choice, they accompany you from the choice to the installation and if there are problems, they are immediately ready to solve them, every detail makes it clear that they love their work and therefore I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tempo di approvvigionamento è stato più lungo del previsto; dopo il pagamento della prima tranche del 50%, non ci hanno dato notizie per mesi, accampando poi scuse inattendibili.
In occasione dei miei solleciti o richieste di spiegazioni, le risposte erano evasive e scortesi,
rivelando un atteggiamento nei confronti del cliente presuntuoso e polemico.
Il titolare è riuscito a lamentarsi che gli avessi fatto perder tempo chiedendogli spiegazioni sulle sigle ed abbreviazioni di cui era pieno il preventivo.
Il colmo è stato quando ci hanno chiesto di pagare il 100% del prezzo convenuto, senza concederci di trattenerne una porzione a garanzia, come è prassi normalmente seguita, minacciando di non procedere all'installazione se non avessimo prontamente provveduto.
A questo punto, vista la loro precedente latitanza, ho cominciato a preoccuparmi, ancor più quando ho trovato su internet notizia di un precedente fallimento in Svizzera di una ditta degli stessi titolari.
La ditta si è rivelata inaffidabile anche nell'assistenza post vendita: quando ho segnalato un difetto nella motorizzazione delle tende da sole, mi hanno chiesto 70 euro per il sopralluogo, senza tener conto di alcuna garanzia; in presenza di un difetto sul nuovo, ritengo che l'acquirente non debba sostenere alcuna spesa aggiuntiva.
Le tende si sollevano al minimo alito di vento anche regolando l'anemometro alla sensibilità minima. La CBM pretende un pagamento per l'uscita di un loro operaio che potrebbe solo constatare l'esistenza del difetto; io sto cercando di risolvere il problema interpellando direttamente l'assistenza tecnica del costruttore.

The climax was when they asked us to pay 100% of the agreed price, without allowing us to keep a portion as a guarantee, as is the usual practice, threatening not to proceed with the installation if we did not promptly proceed.
At this point, given their previous inaction, I began to worry, even more when I found on the internet news of a previous bankruptcy in Switzerland of a company of the same owners.
The company has also proved unreliable in its after-sales assistance: when I reported a defect in the motorization of the awnings, they asked me for 70 euros for the inspection, without taking into account any guarantee; in the presence of a defect on the new one, I believe that the buyer does not have to bear any additional expenses.
The curtains are raised at the slightest breath of wind even by adjusting the anemometer to minimum sensitivity. CBM demands a payment for the exit of one of their workers who could only ascertain the existence of the defect; I am trying to solve the problem by contacting the manufacturer's technical assistance directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post vendita inesistente e a volte ti prendono pure in giro. Montaggio fatto male, e problemi di ogni tipo su serramenti e porte. Al momento del preventivo tutti bravi e gentili, poi...Ci avete perso voi perché volevamo farvi fare anche i garage, ma vista la poca professionalità

Volevo attrezzare il terrazzo con dei serramenti particolari, che mi risolvessero il problema di vento e sole, con una soluzione pratica ed esteticamente piacevole, ed ero in grande difficoltà a reperire una prestazione adeguata sul posto.
Mi sono rivolto alla C.B.M., onestamente poco fiducioso di poter avere una fornitura di un serramento in opera da Varese in Costa Smeralda.
Ma mi sbagliavo, perché con il loro supporto, ho avuto i giusti consigli nella scelta del prodotto adatto, una professionalità ed un servizio di alta qualità, ed un risultato di assoluta soddisfazione.
Senza piaggeria, li consiglio con piena fiducia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sostituzione di due vecchi Velux che avevano qualche infiltrazione di acqua piovana durante i temporali è stata fatta in modo celebre e ad opera d'arte. La qualità dei Velux avuti è buona soprattutto per l'isolamento che ha risolto ogni problema di infiltrazione, il doppio vetro ha maggior isolamento termico anche per il freddo. L'installatore è stato veloce e competente nell'eseguire il suo lavoro. Consigliamo senz'altro questa ditta per l'acquisto e l'istallazione di Velux
The replacement of two old Velux that had some rainwater infiltration during thunderstorms was done in a famous and work of art way. The quality of the Velux we have is good above all for the insulation which has solved every infiltration problem, the double glazing has greater thermal insulation even for the cold. The installer was quick and knowledgeable in carrying out his job. We certainly recommend this company for the purchase and installation of Velux

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo consiglio a chiunque abbia a cuore puntualità, professionalità, qualità dei serramenti e qualità del servizio di posa . Io ho ordinato 14 finestre complete di persiane e zanzariere e devo dire che :
1)i serramenti sono arrivati prima del giorno prenotato a contratto.
2) I montatori hanno fatto un lavoro di precisione, egregio con attenzione e perfezione nelle rifiniture che ho molto apprezzato.
3) Il servizio clienti in Sede è sempre stato gentile e puntuale nel rispondere (cosa rara)
4)Prima di chiudere il "cantiere" hanno pulito e portato via tutti gli scarti e gli avanzi lasciandomi tutto pulito come avevano trovato.

I recommend it to anyone who cares about punctuality, professionalism, quality of windows and quality of the installation service. I ordered 14 windows complete with shutters and mosquito nets and I must say that:
1) the windows arrived before the day booked in the contract.
2) The fitters did a job of precision, excellent with attention and perfection in the finishing touches which I greatly appreciated.
3) The customer service on site has always been polite and timely in responding (which is rare)
4) Before closing the "construction site" they cleaned and took away all the scraps and leftovers leaving everything as clean as they had found.

Tutto molto bello fino al momento dell'acquisto, il venditore sa il fatto suo e sulla carta lavorano con ditte di qualità. Prima pecca: il pagamento è anticipato (una parte al momento dell'ordine una parte al momento dell'arrivo della merce in magazzino). Seconda pecca: hanno almeno 4 mesi di ritardo rispetto alla data di consegna prevista. Terza pecca: servizio posa assolutamente pessimo. Su 9 infissi 3 sono rovinati, hanno sbagliato a ordinare una porta interna, si sono dimenticati di ordinare il falso telaio della porta blindata. Cantiere lasciato costantemente sporco nonostante sia stato chiesto più volte al responsabile del cantiere di lasciarlo pulito come lo trovava. Quarta pecca: ulteriore ritardo sui tempi di sostituzione e riparazione. Da non consigliare a nessuno, pessima assistenza e il proprietario non si degna nemmeno di farsi trovare. È una vera presa in giro! Statene alla larga!
ABSOLUTELY AVOID
All very nice until the moment of purchase, the seller knows his stuff and on paper they work with quality firms. First flaw: the payment is in advance (a part at the time of the order, a part at the time of arrival of the goods in the warehouse). Second flaw: they are at least 4 months late with respect to the expected delivery date. Third flaw: absolutely bad service laying. Out of 9 fixtures 3 are damaged, they made a mistake in ordering an internal door, they forgot to order the false frame of the security door. Site constantly left dirty despite being asked several times to the site manager to leave it as clean as he found it. Fourth flaw: further delay on replacement and repair times. Not to be recommended to anyone, bad assistance and the owner does not even deign to be found. It's a real joke! Stay away!
