Avuto una serie di problemi, tra bidoncini lanciati e frantumati,un paletto di casa tirato giù e nemmeno si è fermato l'autista. Più volte ho dovuto chiamare perché non sono passati a ritirare l' immondizia. E per ultimo le bollette sono sempre un casino. Ho chiesto le tariffe e mi è stato risposto che non sono tenuti a darmele e di cercare la delibera in comune. Cosa che ho fatto ieri. Ieri mattina verso le 7.00 nel caricare la carta un operatore ha tirato giù un'altra volta il paletto e ovviamente non si è fermato. Sono stata subito alla C.B.B.O e poi una serie di telefonate e anche email con fotografie. Alle 11.00 mi hanno rassicurato che si sarebbe risolto tutto in quanto avevano parlato con l'isola ecologica in quanto secondo loro i responsabili dell'accaduto. Dopo un'ora mi richiamano dicendomi che non sono passati a ritirare la carta, che volevano il numero di targa e anche se mio marito avesse una ditta di cartongesso. Sempre peggio. Sono arrivati addirittura a dirmi che lo sporco andava messo sulla strada comunale e non sul piazzale per dopo dirmi che andava bene così. Tutte scuse per non prendersi la responsabilità. A Castiglione delle stiviere era in dotazione, non mi sembra giusto andare in giro a trovare cartoni per riempirli... su dai anche a pagarlo... Ne avevo trovato uno rigido e gli ho scritto di non buttarlo e se ne sono fregati, lo hanno buttato. Tante segnalazioni perché per bere il caffè fanno i travasi vasca piccola in camion grande sempre sotto casa mia a motore a 1000 giri, nonostante avessi segnalato di alcuni miei problemi col sonno. Comunque servizo scadente, passare tutti i giorni tutti i giorni a ritirare lo sporco differnziato, in molti altri comuni passano solo un giorno alla settimana. Anche oggi ho segnalato il mancato ritiro del bidone della carta e mi ha risposto arrogante e maleducata, senza dirmi se sarebbero passati. Il bidone è ancora fuori pieno e, essendo negozio pago 300 euro all'anno senza avere un servizio decente!
