★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli anni passati mi ero sempre servita da lui e pure ho fatto installare diverse caldaie da loro. Poi grazie a Dio ho passato anni tranquilli senza chiamarli nemmeno una volta. Ora mi Sn trovata in difficoltà dopo 10 anni per un problema alla caldaia e non solo hanno impiegato quasi 1 mese per venire ad assistermi ma stamane si Sn rifiutati di riparare il guasto senza nemmeno assistermi per una risoluzione alternativa(proponendosi un loro professionista con altre competenze) , perché non é di loro competenza (caldaia ma guasto sembra elettrico)..... Peccato che l elettricista mi avesse già detto, nei giorni scorsi, che era idraulico il guasto!! Decidetevi e poi risolvete, gentilmente !!
In the past years I had always used him and I also had several boilers installed by them. Then thank God I spent quiet years without calling them even once. Now Sn found me in difficulty after 10 years for a boiler problem and not only did it take almost 1 month to come and assist me but this morning Sn refused to repair the fault without even assisting me for an alternative solution (proposing one of their professionals with other skills ), because it is not their responsibility (boiler but faulty it seems electric) ..... Too bad that the electrician had already told me, in recent days, that the fault was plumbing !! Decide and then solve, kindly !!
