★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mancano le basi di ricettività del pubblico,la ragazza addetta a smistare che ti snobba anche se hai fatto vedere che il tuo turno è precedente a quelli a cui dedica attenzioni dopo il terzo che mi han fatto passare davanti ho fatto notare il mio disappunto e mi hanno risposto che dovevo stare calmo, ciò denota arroganza , ero andato con la documentazione che mi avevano richiesto e mi hanno risposto di rifare altro a dimostrazione che manco avevano considerato quello che avevo chiesto la volta precedente
