Ci sono voluti 2 mesi per un appuntamento e poi ti chiamano 45 minuti prima per dirti che è annullato.
Ho buttato via una mezza giornata di ferie grazie a loro e ho la pratica in sospeso da prima di questa estate.
Veramente poco professionali.
Consiglio: se potete rivolgetevi a persone più serie.

It took 2 months for an appointment and then they call you 45 minutes earlier to tell you it's canceled.
I threw away half a day of vacation thanks to them and I have pending practice since before this summer.
Really unprofessional.
Tip: if you can, turn to more serious people.
