★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ero cliente da diversi anni, ho acquistato termosifoni per 2 case, sanitari per 4 bagni, vasche, ecc. Pago in anticipo (errore). Quando mi consegnano il piatto doccia è praticamente rovinato. Nessuno si è mai degnato di venire a vederlo o di sostituirmelo nonostante i miei ripetuti richiami, la signora si è limitata a dirmi devi comprare "questo prodotto". Non mi vedranno mai più. Sono passati diversi anni ma evidentemente non mi è mai andata giù.
I was a customer for several years, I bought radiators for 2 houses, sanitary fixtures for 4 bathrooms, bathtubs, etc. I pay in advance (error). When they deliver me the shower tray is pretty much ruined. No one has ever bothered to come and see it or replace it despite my repeated calls, the lady just told me you have to buy "this product". They will never see me again. Several years have passed but evidently it never went down.
