Con whatsapp mi hanno dato indicazioni sulle misure di un vestito da comprare a mia figlia in quanto indecisa tra due misure. Grazie alle foto e alla loro disponibilità ho scelto la misura perfetta. Inoltre i prezzi sono decisamente competivi ( sulle nuove stagioni c’e una differenza di un buon 20 per cento rispetto ad altri siti o negozi). Vendere abiti di Elisabetta Franchi non significa essere una boutique, gli abiti devono la loro bellezza alla stilista, non al negozio. Chiamarsi boutique significa avere un’attitudine alla vendita onesta e fidata, non altezzosa o vip. Segnalo di prestare molta attenzione ai capi, se sono in saldo hanno sicuramente dei difetti importanti e se li acquistate online attribuiranno quei difetti a voi negandovi il reso. Parlo da cliente diretta che già da tempo ha notato un’attitudine del proprietario all imbroglio, conferma avuta da acquisto online. Prestate attenzione, io provvederò a segnalare il tutto alle autorità competenti.
