★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle 12.10 odierne mi reco presso la filiale di Camaiore della "banca Versilia, Lunigiana e Garfagnana". Premetto che non c’era nessun cliente in attesa. Alla cassiera, gentilissima, chiedo di poter parlare con qualcuno per avere informazioni sull'apertura di un nuovo conto corrente, lei avvisa il direttore e subito dopo mi chiede di aspettare qualche minuto. Dopo circa 15 minuti di attesa, quello che credo sia il direttore, mi passa accanto ed esce dalla banca. Continuo la mia attesa per altri 15 minuti circa alche' mia moglie chiede alla cassiera se c'è ancora molto da aspettare e lei candidamente risponde che il direttore era uscito, forse a prendere un caffè.
Bene, dopo circa mezz'ora di attesa me ne sono andato dovendo, peraltro, entrare al lavoro.
Mi dispiace per l'occasione mancata, ma se questa è l'attenzione e cura prestata al cliente, al quale si preferisce un caffè, questa banca non fa al caso mio.
 At 12.10 today I go to the Camaiore branch of the "Versilia, Lunigiana and Garfagnana bank". I state that there was no customer waiting. To the cashier, very kind, I ask to be able to speak to someone for information on opening a new current account, she informs the manager and immediately afterwards asks me to wait a few minutes. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the one I think is the manager, walks past me and exits the bank. I continue my wait for about another 15 minutes until my wife asks the cashier if there is still a long time to wait and she candidly replies that the manager had gone out, perhaps to have a coffee.
Well, after about half an hour of waiting I left, having to go to work.
I'm sorry for the missed opportunity, but if this is the attention and care given to the customer, who prefers a coffee, this bank is not for me.
