★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camere splendide! Pulite, spaziose e complete di qualsiasi comfort. Il proprietario ci ha accolti davanti a casa e ci ha mostrato sulla cartina come raggiungere i luoghi di maggior interesse qui a Palermo. Siamo in pieno centro storico, vicino alla vucciria e alla via maqueda, pedonale. Il mare è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Nella casa c’è il Wi-Fi, velocissimo ed efficace, l’asse da stiro, macchinetta del caffè compatibile nespresso e caffè Borbone (con anche delle cialde omaggio), zona cucina completa anche di bollitore e tostapane, frigorifero con bottigliette d’acqua e burro in fresco, te, caramelle, zucchero, fette biscottate, marmellatine e brioche per la prima colazione. Nel bagno il kit di benvenuto è completo anche di borotalco e cotton-fioc. C’è persino un phon nuovo con diffusore. La doccia ha la cromoterapia. Consiglio vivamente!
Gorgeous rooms! Clean, spacious and complete with any comfort. The owner greeted us in front of the house and showed us on the map how to reach the most interesting places here in Palermo. We are in the heart of the historic center, near the vucciria and the pedestrianized via maqueda. The sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. In the house there is Wi-Fi, very fast and effective, an ironing board, a Nespresso compatible coffee machine and Bourbon coffee (with free pods too), a kitchen area also complete with kettle and toaster, refrigerator with bottles of fresh water and butter, tea, candies, sugar, biscuits, jams and brioches for breakfast. In the bathroom, the welcome kit is also complete with talcum powder and cotton swabs. There is even a new hairdryer with diffuser. The shower has chromotherapy. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellente sotto tutti i profili. Appartamento sito in una traversa di corso Maqueda che è area pedonale, interna a ZTL. Appartamenti nuovi di zecca con arredamento curato al limite del raffinato. Climatizzatore efficace e silenziosissimo.Non manca nulla sua nei bagni che in cucina e lo stile dell'arredamento e fantastico. Sistemazione ideale per chi è senza macchina, oppure ha deciso di metterla al parcheggio, dove lo stesso proprietario affitta posti a 10 euro giornalieri. Zona centralissima si può visitare tanto a piedi ed anche satollarsi nei posti dello street food di cui autorevolissimi interpreti sono a 5 minuti. Una pecca? Manca la cella freezer.
Excellent in all respects. Apartment located in a side street of Corso Maqueda which is a pedestrian area, inside the ZTL. Brand new apartments with refined furnishings to the limit of the refined. Effective and very quiet air conditioning. Nothing is missing in the bathrooms and in the kitchen and the style of the furniture is fantastic. Ideal accommodation for those without a car, or who have decided to put it in the parking lot, where the owner himself rents places for 10 euros per day. Very central area you can visit a lot on foot and also fill up in the places of street food of which authoritative interpreters are 5 minutes away. A flaw? The freezer compartment is missing.
