Ordinato per le 21 (con amici a cena con bambini) è arrivato alle 22.15 dopo averlo sollecitato telefonicamente. La ragazza si è giustificata dicendo che il fattorino era uscito alle 21.30 ma aveva altre 5 consegne da fare! Oltre ad aver aspettato un’ora e 15 è arrivato freddo e le patatine incollate. Avevo già pagato al momento dell’ordine e quando la consegna è arrivata a casa , il fattorino ( molto gentile) ci ha chiesto il pagamento, abbiamo mostrato lo scontrino fiscale del pagamento avvenuto al momento dell’ordine ma la signorina al telefono non ha voluto sentire ragioni e ha chiesto al fattorino di riportare indietro l’ordine che noi, ripeto, avevamo già pagato con tanto di prova alla mano. Oltre al disagio di una cena mancata siamo andati al locale per presentare la problematica direttamente in sede e il principale dell’attività, anziché scusarsi della cattiva gestione del servizio, ci ha restituito i soldi dicendo di non mettere più piede nel suo locale. Ottimo staff, unica dimenticanza è stata la maionese che non abbiamo trovato nell'incarto. Ci ritorno sicuro. Bravi Got 3 great sandwiches !! Cucchi is superlative, then Campagnolo and Davide Penna. Abbiamo provato più di una volta dopo che inizialmente , la prima consegna era andata bene . Nelle successive 3 volte e’ successo di tutto : ritardi assurdi , bugie da parte del personale sulle tempistiche , errori di ordine , cibi freddi . In più e’ capitato di trovare dei piccoli pezzetti di osso nella carne . Male, MALISSIMO , MAI PIÙ ! Perpetually late deliveries, even up to an hour and a half. Cold and poor quality food. We tried more than once after the initial delivery went well. In the next 3 times, everything happened: absurd delays, lies on the part of the staff about the timing, order errors, cold food. Non si può però servire un panino con il pane freddo e che non è sempre così fresco. Il pane in un hamburger influisce di molto sulla qualità del risultato finale. Ho chiesto più volte se potevo avere il pane leggermente tostato, ma mai una volta sono stato accontentato. Posso anche capire che non sia possibile accontentare tutti i clienti, ma la mole di lavoro che ho sempre visto nella panineria è veramente minimo e non giustificherebbe in alcun modo questo rifiuto che puntualmente i lavoratori della panineria mi sbattono in faccia. Nel complesso non credo proprio che possano meritare più di due stelle. Peccato, perché gli basterebbe davvero poco per migliorarsi, ma il pane freddo, che è un orrore in un buon hamburger, e la poca professionalità dei lavoratori, non permettono un giudizio migliore.
