Burger King

It took 30 mins to get our food and It was not what we ordered. After that another 10 min to get the food what we paid for. Also the staff members did not speak any English.

Quick service. Always has someone that speak english, and in italy it is not obvious ? Potato wedges (kind of..) are superb!! Gotta try them ?

If you have lot of extra time then go to burger king because their staff didn't reply you and also take minimum 40mint to prepare order

Burger King in Italy. A little different from US. Burger didn't taste like it was charbroiled. The salad was good. It was clean.

Burgers really fresh, fast service and the staff is awesome!!! Has lots of space and when I visited it was clean. Customers should be appreciative of this place. They should be more respectful to the burger king staff. Keep up the good work.

The service is pretty slow, even when the restaurant is quite empty. In the past I would have described the restaurant as clean, well maintained, and as a good place to eat something nice when you’re not on a rush, but tonight I found myself pretty disgusted by the lack of the minimum hygiene required to call something a “fast food”. Pretty much every single table, with just a few exceptions, was dirty, or covered in stains and trays full of food packaging from customers who didn’t undress the table. The floor was sticky from all the spillage of beverages, and very dirty. I was pretty much grossed out by the lack of the minimum hygiene. The toilets are something I don’t even want to write about, my fiancé was disgusted at the point of feeling her stomach turn around itself and leaving half of the food behind. The friends that I was with were very disappointed in knowing that you can only order through the touchscreens, even for an ice cream, which by the way is not possible to order in the evening, as we were told by the staff. Also, 85/90% of the touchscreens were not functioning at all, and there was a little queue to get some food with the only one working. I would recommend anyone to stay as far as possible to this place, not for the horrible service, not for the cold food, not for the ten minutes wait for chips, or the non-working monitors, but for the total disappointment that is the lack of a minimum of hygiene. Our table was the cleanest available, and it was covered in fresh food stains and napkins. The kids’ play area was a total nightmare (and there was a kid playing in the dirtiness of the floor!). I was really grossed out. 23/02/2020 edit: At ohe hour and a half to closing time I ask for an ice cream, and I’m told that “we’ve already cleaned the ice cream machine”. A couple minutes later, I see another customer sit to a table close to mine getting an Oreo ice cream. Shameful at least! 06/09/2020 edit: The ice cream machine has been broken for at least a week. This is how much this place cares about the customer. Also, the staff seems non-caring about the COVID-19 issues, as there are a dozen people without masks. This place keeps not caring about filth on the floor and uncleanliness. 12/04/2022 edit: Apparently now milkshakes are dense ice creams in smaller glasses than before, filled halfway.
