Non do la quinta stella solo perchè purtroppo I tavolini esterni affacciano su una strada di passaggio. Peccato It is a bakery but with a cute corner bar, the staff are courteous and helpful. C'è anche il bar così nei momenti di punta per ingannare l'attesa si può consumare un caffè o altro. In all senses excellent level of quality, kindness, qualified and helpful staff, wood-fired pizza, I recommend the round escarole focaccia, very good, also for the other pizzas, obviously good level. E' possibile trovare di tutto: pane, dolci, pizze cotte a legna e da poco è possibile anche accompagnare un ottimo cappuccino insieme ai cornetti artigianali ( che consiglio fortemente). Anche il personale molto gentile e attento alle attenzioni del cliente. Lo consiglio! Excellent quality of products. Si possono fare panini con affettati, si possono acquistare pizze in teglie o rotonde, e sono ottime. I dolci sono buoni, ma preferisco il loro reparto salato! The bread is very good and the fresh girls are always freshly baked. You can make sandwiches with cold cuts, you can buy pizzas in trays or round, and they are excellent. Stella in più andrebbe al reparto forno e salati , veramente buoni , si sente che le materie prime sono ottime . Ma davvero , troppo , troppo, troppo ….troppo LENTI!! E una cosa esagerata! Sono un discreto abitué del posto , ma le ultime volte sono rimasto 20 minuti , con solo due clienti ,COMPRESO ME!( all altro stavano dando il resto!!) A volte i tempi sn lunghissimi anche con due persone al banco a servire . Quando arriva il ragazzo che lavora dietro le quinte fortunatamente la situazione migliora , oppure quando becco una specifica banconista (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome ), ma nella stragrande maggioranza, davvero troppo lenti . Spero miglioreranno quest ‘aspetto, perché per il resto …e più che ottimo! Buonpane is an island of goodness in the center of San Tammaro. All really very good, coffee, croissant and pastry. I'm quite a used to the place, but the last few times I stayed 20 minutes, with only two customers, INCLUDING ME! (They were giving the rest to the other !!) Sometimes the times are very long even with two people serving at the counter. When the guy who works behind the scenes arrives, fortunately, the situation improves, or when I catch a specific counter operator (whose name unfortunately I don't remember), but in the vast majority, really too slow. I hope they will improve this aspect, because otherwise ... it's more than excellent!
