Ritornerò sicuramente anche per cambiare il mio vecchio materasso! Consigliato! Sono rimasto subito sorpreso soprattutto dalla qualità e dall'innovatività dei prodotti esposti. La venditrice è stata gentilissima e ha saputo darmi consigli giusti proponendomi l'acquisto di un materasso x-bio. Che dire... acquisto ottimo, la differenza rispetto a prima è abissale e finalmente riesco a riposarmi bene! SODDISFATTO! I decided to visit this shop in Torrione to change my mattress. Io ho telefonato nel momento stesso che mi è stato consegnato per comunicare l'errore ma non hanno accettato il reso quando altri store danno la possibilità di reso fino a 30 giorni. Quindi ad oggi mi ritrovo con un materasso errato e costretta a comprarne un altro e ovviamente la garanzia non serve a nulla. Le commesse continuavano a ripetermi che avrebbero chiesto in fabbrica e ricontattata ma hanno solo preso tempo per poi dirmi che non era possibile. C'è poca serietà. Sono estremamente delusa e sconsiglio vivamente di comprare in questo store. I bought a double mattress about a month ago, and I was not specified the possibility of choosing the standard size. I phoned the moment it was delivered to me to communicate the error but they did not accept the return when other stores give the possibility to return up to 30 days. So today I find myself with a wrong mattress and forced to buy another one and obviously the guarantee is useless. The orders kept telling me that they would ask at the factory and get back in touch but they just took time to tell me it wasn't possible. There is little seriousness. I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise against buying in this store.
