Silvia, oltre ad essere una grande professionista, mi ha anche consigliato per il meglio ed è stata super onesta nel trattamento, tempi record, servizio impeccabile, vestito ritirato, meraviglioso, ancora più bello di quando l'ho ritirato dall'atelier, peccato che non potrò più indossarlo, ma sicuramente tornerò da lei perché oltre ad essere la migliore, ho anche acquistato dei detersivi da lei ottimi per il bucato, grazie Silvia sei il Top ‼️ I brought my wedding dress in catastrophic conditions, after being worn all day and in the most adverse conditions, I also took pictures of the sea passing through the swamp, sand, earth, water, twigs and straw, in short, there was of everything attached and the dress was no longer white, but black. La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è stata la professionalità del servizio. Dopo un primo trattamento, che non era venuto benissimo, il capo è stato trattenuto ed ulteriormente trattato, con non poco sforzo, fino ad ottenere il risultato finale, sopra menzionato. Alla richiesta di un servizio di recupero con igienizzazione di cuscini da esterno veramente molto malandati, Silvia mi ha spiegato chiaramente i margini con tutti i rischi e soprattutto proponendo steps successivi con valutazione dei singoli passaggi. Risultato: cuscini recuperati, morbidi, puliti...Cosa altro aggiungere...Grazie 1000!!
