Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento adeguatamente arredato (anche con confortevole materasso), sufficientemente attrezzato e pulito, ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative, anzi meglio di quelle (ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo). La prenotazione e la comunicazione con il proprietario avevano funzionato perfettamente. Sig. Mazzarri è molto disponibile e gentilissimo e ci ha accolto calorosamente. Il contatto durante il soggiorno è stato molto, molto cordiale, quasi amichevole. Atmosfera molto piacevole, bungalow con terrazza in mezzo a giardino ampio. Se riusciamo, ci torneremo sicuramente. ------------------------------------------------- Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl (jeder Bungalow hat 2 Wohnungen). Wir fanden die Wohnung adäquat möbliert (auch mit bequemer Matratze), ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber, sie entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen, ja sogar besser als diese (ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis). Die Buchung und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer hatten perfekt funktioniert. Herr Mazzarri ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Der Kontakt während des Aufenthalts war sehr, sehr freundlich, fast freundschaftlich. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, Bungalow mit Terrasse in großem Garten. Wenn es zeitlich möglich ist, werden wir auf jeden Fall dorthin zurückkehren. We felt very comfortable in the apartment (each bungalow has 2). We found the apartment adequately furnished (even with a comfortable mattress), sufficiently equipped and clean, it fully met our expectations, indeed better than those (excellent quality / price ratio). The reservation and communication with the owner had worked perfectly. Mr. Mazzarri is very helpful and very kind and welcomed us warmly. The contact during the stay was very, very cordial, almost friendly. Very pleasant atmosphere, bungalow with terrace in the middle of a large garden. Negli spazi comuni i bimbi possono giocare e questo è importante durante una vacanza! Il vino prodotto dai gestori è davvero di ottima qualità! Per noi è stata un'esperienza molto bella che ripeteremo senz'altro! Perfect and relaxing holiday, managers and staff available and very kind. Ideal for families with children, a stone's throw from the sea and all services. In common areas, children can play and this is important during a holiday! The wine produced by the managers is really of excellent quality! For us it was a very nice experience that we will definitely repeat!

Bungalow dotato di tutto il necessario, fresco, comodo, funzionale e con ampio spazio esterno attrezzato. Si riposa benissimo, tanto relax.. Proprietari gentili. Super consigliato!! Strategic position to visit the island. Very quiet, surrounded by greenery and near the bays of Lacona. Bungalow equipped with everything you need, fresh, comfortable, functional and with a large equipped outdoor area. He rests very well, so much relaxation .. Friendly owners. Super recommended !!

Excellent apartment in a double bungalow with everything you need available Lacona Beach and Margidore can be reached quickly. Paolo and his son are super nice people. Grazien Mille that I was allowed to live there.
R	Rocco Trauzzola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione molto comoda a 300 metri dalla bella spiaggia di Lacona, nel centro dell'Isola perfetta per raggiungere anche tutte le altre calette in poco tempo con la macchina, a soli 10 minuti da Capoliveri, Portoferraio e Marina di Campo. Paolo e suo figlio Edoardo i proprietari sono persone meravigliose e gentilissime. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini sono casette in mezzo alla natura con intorno alberi di eucalipto e nessun disturbo. Esterno perfetto con tavolino e 4 sedie più 2 sdraio ed un enorme ombrellone, più 2 barbecue in muratura ad uso comune. Very convenient location 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Lacona, in the center of the island, perfect for reaching all the other coves in a short time by car, just 10 minutes from Capoliveri, Portoferraio and Marina di Campo. Paolo and his son Edoardo the owners are wonderful and very kind people. Perfect for families with children are small houses in the middle of nature with eucalyptus trees around them and no disturbances. Perfect exterior with table and 4 chairs plus 2 deck chairs and a huge umbrella, plus 2 brick barbecues for common use.

Vicinissimi al mare, nella natura, nessun disturbo, curati, puliti e sicuri. Tutto a portata di mano volendo l'auto non la usi la lasci nel parcheggio al coperto ( anche questa una bella chicca ). Edoardo e Paolo i proprietari super gentili, accoglienti, disponibili sempre presenti ma mai invadenti educatissimi. La Sig.ra Lisa bravissima e simpaticissima. Complimenti per tutto per noi è stata la vacanza più bella trascorsa all'Isola d'Elba. Un abbraccio a presto. After several holidays on the Island of Elba we finally found our point of reference. Bungalows Lacona top simplicity is their beauty. Very close to the sea, in nature, no disturbances, well cared for, clean and safe. Everything at hand if you don't want the car to use it, leave it in the covered parking (also a nice gem). Edoardo and Paolo the super nice owners, welcoming, always available but never intrusive very polite. Mrs. Lisa very good and very nice. Congratulations for everything for us it was the best holiday spent on the Island of Elba. A hug, see you soon.
