Arrivo sfortunatamente in ritardo di 11 minuti a causa del traffico in statale, e nonostante abbia telefonato ampiamente in anticipo per avvisare di questo inconveniente SI SONO RIFIUTATI DI SERVIRMI per intero eseguendo solo la rifinitura delle guance. Voglio precisare che il cliente successivo non era ancora arrivato quindi non vi era nessuno che reclamava per il ritardo, che a mio parere può capitare a chiunque e comunque stiamo parlando di 11 minuti. ASSURDO! Prezzo: 15 euro per soli 15 minuti di lavoro. Inutile dire che non lo consiglio assolutamente ne per il costo nè per la disponibilità. Really bad experience. L	Leonardo Livi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, Sono già 5 volte che vengo in negozio e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, ma l'ultima volta c.a 7-8 giorni fa, non c'era più il ragazzo che ho sempre trovato nelle volte precedenti e con questo attuale non mi sono trovato bene, da tanti consigli ma non ascolta le richieste del cliente, non mi sono rilassato come tutte le altre volte, inoltre al momento di abbassare la poltrona per fare la barba, solitamente visto la mia altezza di 183 cm non riuscivo ad allungare le gambe perché toccava il lavansino. .. infatti le altre volte la poltrona veniva rivolta verso la porta, cmq lui visto il problema mi ha detto....devi stare con le gambe piegate....e così sono stato per tutto il tempo della barba. Barba fatta molto in fretta senza fare i vari passaggi crema panno caldo, crema panno caldo dopo la rasatura......tanto che ho avuto la pelle irritata per diversi giorni. Ora mi ritrovo la barba che non cresce in modo uniforme.....causa il taglio che fra l'altro non avevo chiesto di accorciarla ma solo di rifinire i bordi....e al pagamento sempre di €40 questa volta €45!!!! Se ritorna il ragazzo di prima...torno volentieri altrimenti avete perso un cliente. Appena entrate siamo state accolte da Dajana una ragazza molto competente e sorridente che ci ha spiegato la storia dei due brand Womo e Bullfrog e siamo rimaste incantate. Bellissimo negozio e bella l'accoglienza. I was walking down Viale Ceccarini with a friend when we saw this wonderful shop. As soon as we entered we were greeted by Dajana a very competent and smiling girl who explained the history of the two brands Womo and Bullfrog and we were enchanted. Beautiful shop and nice welcome.
