La struttura è situata in un punto strategico, a pochi passi dalla statale Appia e a qualche chilometro dal casello autostradale. La situazione è che questi uffici ci fanno perdere soldi e tempo inutilmente. Il normale cittadino prima di presentarsi in quest'ufficio telefona per procurarsi tutti gli incartamenti utili per il disbrigo di una semplice pratica e puntualmente ciò che ti è stato riferito al telefono non corrisponde alla realtà, facendoti sprecare altro tempo e denaro.
