★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic class with Fiorella. She made learning to make a very intricate food, Sicilian arancini, simple and easy. She’s willing to answer questions and allows everyone to participate. Also, very accommodating of food allergies!! After class, we sat for a wonderful lunch. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful cooking school! I would recommend this school to anyone interested in learning more about Sicilian cooking. Fiorella gave us so many wonderful cooking tips! She was also very attentive to our allergy issues and COVID safety. We would definitely take a class from her again.
