Certo I tempi di attesa talvolta non sono proprio brevi. E questo puo' essere il perche'non 5 stelle. Husband and wife manage excellently. Kind and polite, if they don't have the products, order them. Of course the waiting times are sometimes not exactly short. And this may be why not 5 stars.

D	Domenico Martorana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hanno provato a vendermi un diario per mia figlia al doppio del prezzo di listino ufficiale... sostenendo che non potevo più trovarlo in nessun altra cartolibreria a Palermo e che potevo solo comprarlo online ad un prezzo molto superiore di quello da oro proposto... cosa che ovviamente si è verificata assolutamente falsa.... non solo ho comprato il diario per mia figlia, ma lo stesso diario l'ho comprato anche per mia nipote trovandone diversi disponibili in varie cartolibrerie a Palermo ad un prezzo addirittura scontato da quello di listino... ovviamente ho verificato anche online... ma non solo nel sito che loro mi indicavano come affidabile, dove si trovava di tutto e di più come prezzi... ma andando direttamente sul sito ufficiale del diario che lo dava come disponibile ed al prezzo normale di listino...!!! pertanto ognuno tragga le proprie conclusione... they tried to sell me a diary for my daughter at double the official list price ... claiming that I could no longer find it in any other stationery shop in Palermo and that I could only buy it online at a much higher price than the gold one offered ... which obviously occurred absolutely false .... not only did I buy the diary for my daughter, but I also bought the same diary for my niece, finding several available in various stationery shops in Palermo at a price even discounted from the list price ... obviously I also checked online ... but not only on the site that they indicated to me as reliable, where you could find everything and more as prices ... but by going directly to the official website of the diary that gave it as available and at the normal price price list ... !!! therefore each draw their own conclusions ...

L'unica pecca (per me) è che la sera chiude alle 19.30 e spesso devo rimandare gli acquisti. Per tutto il resto è ok!! Great customer support. Dear owners. High quality stationery items.
