Mi reco per acquistare una penna per un regalo ma alla consegna del regalo la penna risulta ammaccata: il negozio mi ha cambiato subito la penna proponendomi un prezzo di favore per quella ammaccata. Una situazione di disagio per entrambi risolta in pochissimo tempo ed estrema cortesia.
Occasional customer of the shop. I go to buy a pen for a gift but when the gift is delivered the pen is dented: the shop immediately changed my pen and offered me a preferential price for the dented one. A situation of inconvenience for both solved in a very short time and extreme courtesy.
