R	Rebecca Malvogli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionaria tecnica che di tecnico non ha proprio nulla. Il negozio gestito dalle persone più’ ignoranti e maleducate mai incontrate. Sono entrata per chiedere delle stampe di alcuni documenti nella mia USB che ovviamente i loro computer preistorici non sono riusciti a riconoscere. Ho chiesto allora di poter accedere alla mia casella di posta tramite Google visto che gli stessi doc mi erano stati mandati li'. Avevo davvero bisogno delle stampe e non mi sembrava irragionevole chiedere un ultimo tentativo visto che il negozio era vuoto. Alla mia richiesta l’uomo dietro il bancone si e’ scocciato talmente tanto che mi ha quasi cacciato dal negozio dicendomi che stavo insistendo troppo. Per aver chiesto di poter fare una ricerca su Google! Non mi stupisco del fatto che il commercio in alcune zone depresse d’Italia sia alla canna del gas. Technical dealer who has nothing at all. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, dopo aver cercato di giustificarsi con scuse del tipo la "Buffetti non ha deposito" e "i costi on line non corrispondono al vero",ho ricevuto un secco" che ne capisce lei !". R	Rossano D'Angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per fare alcune stampe di documenti che avevo sul telefono. Mi viene fornito un indirizzo email al quale inviare i documenti. Durante tutto il tempo che sono rimasto ad attendere la signora al bancone si e' dimostrata molto educata e cordiale mentre il signore che mi faceva le stampe e' stato di poche parole e, quando ha parlato, e' stato maleducato e sembrava parecchio scocciato del fatto che lo stessi facendo lavorare. Al momento di pagare (6 euro) mi viene detto che l'importo e' troppo basso per essere pagato con la carta in quanto la banca ha delle commissioni alte. Faccio notare che non e' un mio problema ma vengo "costretto" ad andare ad uno sportello a prelevare contanti. Le stampe mi servivano, cosi' sono andato. Al ritorno pago e mi sento dire "mi dispiace che sei dovuto uscire sotto a questo sole ma purtroppo non accettiamo la carta per pagamenti cosi' bassi". Resto senza parole. Esistono servizi come SUMUP.. SVEGLIATEVI I went to do some printouts of documents that I had on the phone. I am given an email address to send the documents to. When paying (6 euros) I am told that the amount is too low to be paid with the card as the bank has high commissions. I point out that it is not my problem but I am "forced" to go to a counter to withdraw cash. I needed the prints, so I went. On my return I pay and I am told "I'm sorry you had to go out under this sun but unfortunately we don't accept the card for such low payments". I am speechless. There are services like SUMUP .. WAKE UP

M	Marco Cicala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato 4 e non 5 come punteggio perché non mi è piaciuto l'atteggiamento scostumato di un dipendente o titolare che criticava bisbigliando (pensando non sentissi) con una cliente la mia "difficoltà" nel reperire la mail da inviare. Avrei dato 5 solo per l'enorme cortesia e disponibilità della dipendente o titolare (non saprei). Certe persone che non hanno capacità relazionali dovrebbero stare a casa! Peccato... Nello specifico, in primo luogo, mi è stato detto che mi dovevo accorgere prima del malfunzionamento della penna e che il mio dubbio su acquistare il refill era una perdita di tempo per loro. In secondo luogo, dopo aver completato l'acquisto, non mi era stato dato lo scontrino. In seguito alla mia richiesta la dipendente mi ha detto con aria saccente che in tal modo potevo far vedere lo scontrino a qualcuno. Come se l'emettere uno scontrino non fosse un obbligo per loro.
