Purtroppo, oggi si è verificato un fatto veramente increscioso da parte di uno dei titolari (l' altro, Umberto, invece è sempre gentilissimo) che mi ha buttato giù il telefono per ben due volte e trattato come una che non ha l' abitudine di pagare i fornitori (mai avuto un debito, sempre pagato tutto) e quando molto offesa ho richiamato in negozio la signora che ha risposto (Beatrice?) mi ha trattato malissimo, offendendomi con brutte parole e buttando giù anche lei il telefono (si vede che è prassi per loro relazionarsi così con i clienti quando non sono in grado di sostenere il confronto con valide argomentazioni). A questo punto, mi sono recata personalmente in negozio aspettandomi delle scuse: invece, i due personaggi non si sono fatti trovare (coda di paglia, eh?). Comunque, ho pagato quello che hanno preteso (onoro sempre il lavoro fatto, a prescindere) per poi non avere mai più a che fare con gente così villana e cattiva. Cioccolatai.
