★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiesto delle bomboniere per il matrimonio. Il primo ordine andò bene ma quando ne abbiamo fatto un secondo uguale ci dissero che per fine Luglio inizio Agosto le avremo avute. A Settembre dovevamo ancora aspettare e verso la seconda settimana siamo andati a ritirarle quando abbiamo scoperto che avevano una versione molto più piccola e diversa da quelle richieste nel primo ordine.
Fino a Luglio in deposito( o laboratorio come lo si vuol chiamare) erano rimaste le ultime 20!
In seguito erano scomparse chissà per quale mistica ragione.
Questo è una mancanza di comunicazione tra il negozio e il laboratorio e quindi un gesto di incompetenza che ci ha obbligato ad arrangiarci con quelle che avevano.
Non ci si comporta così e sicuramente non ritornerò in futuro.
We asked for wedding favors. The first order went well but when we made a second one they told us that we will have them by the end of July and beginning of August. In September we still had to wait and around the second week we went to collect them when we discovered that they had a much smaller version and different from those requested in the first order.
Until July, the last 20 remained in storage (or laboratory as you want to call it)!
Later they disappeared for some mystical reason.
This is a lack of communication between the shop and the laboratory and therefore a gesture of incompetence that forced us to make do with what they had.
We don't behave like that and I will certainly not return in the future.
