M	Mondo_73 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavamo un ristorante dove poter festeggiare il compleanno di un familiare. Tra le varie opzioni trovate in rete siamo rimasti incuriositi da questo locale. Situato nella piazzetta antistante le Torri Normanne, in uno dei palazzi storici più belli di Bisceglie, il ristorante Bue Marino ci ha accolti in un ambiente rinomato e finemente ristrutturato. Ci siamo accomodati all'esterno per godere della bella serata; il titolare ci ha dato subito il benvenuto e, dopo una breve introduzione sull’offerta del locale, ci ha invitati a visionare il banco del pesce (tutto freschissimo..) per scegliere cosa degustare. La professionalità nel preparare i vari piatti, l’ottima qualità dei prodotti utilizzati e, non per ultimo, la cordialità e gentilezza del titolare e di tutto il personale, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere una bella serata all’insegna di un’ottima cucina. We were looking for a restaurant where we could celebrate a family member's birthday. Among the various options found on the net, we were intrigued by this place. Located in the square in front of the Norman Towers, in one of the most beautiful historic buildings of Bisceglie, the Bue Marino restaurant welcomed us in a renowned and finely restored environment. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful evening; the owner immediately welcomed us and, after a brief introduction to the restaurant's offer, invited us to view the fish counter (all very fresh ..) to choose what to taste. The professionalism in preparing the various dishes, the excellent quality of the products used and, last but not least, the friendliness and kindness of the owner and all the staff, allowed us to spend a nice evening under the banner of excellent cuisine.

Ora spiego il titolo di questa recensione, eravamo l'unico tavolo rimasto a pranzo, e dopo che ci hanno servito i secondi (ore 14.47 precise, ho visto l'ora sulla foto scattata) il cameriere spegne la musica, questo non significa altro che "sbrigatevi a finire che devo andare via", quindi mangiamo il nostro ottimo secondo, neanche il tempo di finire che dopo aver tolto i piatti, ci viene chiesto se vogliamo un sorbetto, ok, ci sta, prendiamo un solo sorbetto... Ce lo porta, passano 2 minuti e la mia compagna va in bagno con il sorbetto ancora intero sul tavolo, il cameriere si avvicina dopo essere stato li un paio di minuti a gironzolarci intorno e mi chiede se voglio il conto, e ok, me lo faccio portare perché avevo inteso che voleva andarsene (l'impressione che ha dato per tutto il tempo dal secondo in poi è stata quella) infatti abbiamo pagato e siamo usciti sul tavolo fuori a finire il sorbetto per permettergli di pulire il nostro tavolo e finire tranquilli il sorbetto. Finito il buon sorbetto ce ne andiamo e tempo qualche minuto ci siamo ritrovati il cameriere a sfrecciare accanto a noi col monopattino, ovviamente ha finito il servizio e torna a casa, per carità, è stato cortese per tutto il servizio, però oh... Fai mangiare la gente tranquilla, anche perché non mangiamo gratis... LUNCH WITH ANXIETY: nice, modern place, excellent food quality and prices in the norm for a fish restaurant. Now I explain the title of this review, we were the only table left for lunch, and after the seconds were served (14.47 precise, I saw the time on the photo taken) the waiter turns off the music, this means nothing more than "hurry up to finish that I have to go away", then we eat our excellent second course, not even the time to finish that after having removed the plates, we are asked if we want a sorbet, ok, there is, let's take only one sorbet ... brings it, 2 minutes pass and my partner goes to the bathroom with the sorbet still whole on the table, the waiter approaches after being there for a couple of minutes wandering around and asks me if I want the bill, and ok, I'll do it bring because I had understood that he wanted to leave (the impression he gave all the time from the second onwards was that) in fact we paid and we went out on the table outside to finish the sorbet to allow him to clean our table and finish the sorbet. After the good sorbet we leave and after a few minutes we found the waiter whizzing next to us with the scooter, obviously he finished the service and goes home, for heaven's sake, he was courteous for all the service, but oh ... Make people eat quiet, also because we don't eat for free ...

Il menù spazia tra mare e terra, tutto buonissimo. Addirittura sorbetto al limone offerto, impossibile chiedere di più. Sicuramente consigliato! Discovered almost by accident, we had a great lunch. Fairly low prices and very friendly staff. The menu ranges from sea to land, all very good. Even lemon sorbet offered, impossible to ask for more. Definitely recommended!

Ottimi anche i dolci, soprattutto il tiramisù. Raffaele, il proprietario, è un ottimo padrone di casa e il personale attento e qualificato. Assolutamente consigliato! Elegant restaurant in the historic center of Bisceglie, next to the Castle. Excellent lunch: fresh fish and refined dishes with refined flavors. The desserts are also excellent, especially the tiramisu. Raffaele, the owner, is a great host and attentive and qualified staff. Absolutely recommended!

Ospite d’eccellenza Pinuccio di Striscia la Notizia che si è mostrato disponibile a fare foto di gruppo. Non sono una grande intenditrice di pesce ma gli altri commensali hanno gradito molto e io mi fido di loro quindi sento di consigliare questo posto. Ho addirittura mangiato qualcosina proprio perché incuriosita dai piatti. Rimando alla recensione della mia amica @Blanque Bernard che saprà commentare questa esperienza da un altro punto di vista We had dinner in this place on the occasion of a friend's birthday .. very tasty, welcoming and youthful place. Special guest Pinuccio from Striscia la Notizia who was willing to take group photos. I'm not a big fish connoisseur but the other diners enjoyed it very much and I trust them so I can recommend this place. I even ate a little something just because I was intrigued by the dishes. I refer to the review by my friend @Blanque Bernard who will be able to comment on this experience from another point of view

V	Valentina C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location next to the Torre Normanna and the main square of the town. I had orecchiette pasta with seafood, sea asparagus, and a cheesecake slice. Pasta was cooked al dente, but the seafood had sand in it, and the taste was quite bland. The Sea asparagus was a nice discovery, I liked it but I find it a bit too pricey. The cheesecake was delicious! Unfortunately, when I got back home I also discovered they charged me twice with cover, although I had dinner by myself. I also did not like the jokes about me dining alone by the owner. To be honest I found nicer places where to have dinner in Bisceglie. I would not recommend, especially if you are a solo traveller.
