Ho speso circa 6 mila euro per la cucina (pagamento anticipato totale) e mi ha messo il top in due modelli differenti: una parte arrotondato ed una piccola parte liscia. I cassetti senza viti e senza colla si staccavano dai lati. Da 1 anno e mezzo mi prende in giro dicendo che la ditta é fallita raccontantomi un sacco di balle. Ho pure chiesto di cambiare tutto il top della cucina a spese mie, ma in negozio si fa sempre negare dalla sua cara mamma. Inaffidabile, arrogante. Meglio starne alla larga da buccoleri arredamenti, o provare per credere! Never seen a person so unreliable as buccoleri furnishings. Professionalità, disponibilità ed un pizzico di inventiva per risolvere una situazione complessa che avevo tra cucina e corridoio. per quello che riguarda la qualità siamo su un altro pianeta rispetto alle soluzioni economiche tipo ikea o mondo convenienza. Puntualità e precisione nell'installazione seguita sempre in prima persona dal signor alessandro. Sicuramente tornerò I have been a client twice of Mr. Alessandro and I found myself very well. Professionalism, availability and a touch of inventiveness to solve a complex situation I had between the kitchen and the corridor. as far as quality is concerned, we are on another planet compared to economic solutions such as IKEA or the convenience world. Nel corso degli anni ho acquistato diverse cose... dalla cameretta x ragazzi a ponte (con una soluzione intelligente x nascondere una colonna), una scarpiera slim con specchiera, un ottimo materasso con molle indipendenti e per ultimo un armadietto con vetrinetta studiato appositamente per posizionarlo nel corridoio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sempre stato ottimo e i prodotti nel tempo sono risultati sempre di ottima fattura. Una volta ci sono stati dei piccoli ritardi sulla consegna, ma non certo imputabili al signor Alessandro, ma bensì all'azienda produttrice. Ormai si è instaurato un rapporto di fiducia e per qualsiasi necessità è sempre un punto di riferimento. Trova sempre una soluzione x ogni problema, anzi le cose difficili lo esaltano ed è proprio in quelle situazioni che dà il meglio... Specialista nei divani, consiglio a tutti di farci un salto anche solo per fare due chiacchiere e capire che professionalità e passione sono cose che "non sempre" si trovano nei grandi magazzini!
