D	Daniele La Guardia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza totalmente negativa, ho pagato un triennio con copertura Gold per la mia auto, il dispositivo installato da in continuazione problemi, senza mai essere contattato dall'ufficio tecnico per i dovuti chiarimenti, anzi ultimamente non rispondono neanche più al telefono né tantomeno alle mail. Preciso che da 1 anno che ho installato il dispositivo, e già sono 3 volte che mi reco a roccapiemonte a spese mie per cercare di trovare una soluzione ai problemi. Cura del cliente pari a zero, infatti ho deciso di far disinstallare il dispositivo anche avendo già pagato il triennale ( come detto sopra ). Con la consapevolezza che la mia auto è a rischio furto, ma nello stesso tempo, tranquillo di non essere continuato a prendere in giro da questa gente. Totally negative experience, I paid for a three-year period with Gold coverage for my car, the device installed is constantly having problems, without ever being contacted by the technical office for the necessary clarifications, in fact lately they don't even answer the phone or emails anymore. I specify that for 1 year that I have installed the device, and are already 3 times that I go to roccapiemonte at my expense to try to find a solution to the problems. Customer care equal to zero, in fact I decided to uninstall the device even having already paid the three-year (as mentioned above). With the knowledge that my car is at risk of theft, but at the same time, rest assured that I have not continued to be made fun of by these people.
