Ripristinato disco rigido bloccato e recupero parziale dei dati ad un prezzo più elevato di altri (però chiusi quella settimana). Nella lavorazione sparito dal pc software per la riproduzione audio ad alta qualità. Chiamato due volte e mandato due sms per chiedere soluzione del problema. Titolare in ferie ma al rientro ha provveduto ad inviarmi link per scaricare software similare che funziona quasi come l'altro. Soddisfatto della professionalità e cortesia.
A repair center for the few open in Lucca during the week of August. Restored stuck hard drive and partial data recovery at a higher price than others (though closed that week). In the process disappeared from the pc software for high quality audio reproduction. Called twice and texted twice to ask for a solution. Owner on vacation but on his return he proceeded to send me links to download similar software that works almost like the other. Satisfied with professionalism and courtesy.
