Farine locali e di altissima qualità, la pizza è la migliore mai provata, il pane così buono neanche nei ristoranti pluristellati l'ho trovato. Lievito naturale, la farina 00 e raffinate credo che neanche ce l'abbiano. Prodotti per tutti, con un orientamento al salutare, vegetale e home made. Veramente bravi.
The most innovative bakery at least in the whole province of Ancona. Local flours of the highest quality, the pizza is the best I have ever tried, the bread so good not even in multi-starred restaurants I found it. Natural yeast, flour 00 and refined, I think they don't even have it. Products for everyone, with a healthy, vegetable and home made orientation. Really good.
