Sono andata a chiedere per dei fili verdi se li avesse in vendita, oltre al fatto di non aver risposto educatamente come si fa al mio saluto, si Γ¨ rivolta con molto disinvoltura e rabbia rispondendomi βnoβ.
Un altro episodio Γ¨ successo al telefono, la chiamai per sapere il costo di alcuni mazzi che avrei dovuto ordinare per uno spettacolo e mi rispose anche qui molto maleducatamente che lei non potesse divulgare i prezzi. E fino qua ok, ma quando stavo per attaccare il telefono mi sento parlare dietro maleducatamente cito testuali parole β ma io non so questa gente come si permette β.
Cara fiorista non pretendo di essere aspettata con un tappeto rosso allβentrata ma perlomeno con una buona educazione e rispetto che io le ho sempre dimostrato nei suoi confronti.
Sconsigliato per il modo di fare con il cliente! Non si merita neanche una stella!

Another episode happened on the phone, I called her to find out the cost of some bouquets that I should have ordered for a show and she also replied very rude here that she could not divulge the prices. And so far ok, but when I was about to hang up the phone I hear myself speaking rudely behind the words 'but I don't know how these people allow themselves'.
Dear florist, I do not pretend to be waited for with a red carpet at the entrance but at least with a good education and respect that I have always shown you.
Not recommended for the way to do with the customer! It doesn't even deserve a star!
