★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi è capitata una cosa insolita che mi ha infastidita e che vorrei raccontare per evitare che succeda di nuovo a qualcun altro.
Mi reco di corsa al in un noto negozio per bambini ad Alcamo nel viale Europa, entro e chiedo un paio di calzamaglia colore neutro per Neonati, il proprietario ne prende una tipologia, mi fa vedere e mi dice che deve controllare se c'è la taglia più grande.
Mi cade l'occhio sull'etichetta della scontistica del 30% applicata sopra.
Il proprietario intanto controlla e mi dice che ha una misura grande, gli chiedo di vederla e alla fine decido di prenderla, vado alla cassa, vado davvero molto di fretta e si vede, il proprietario stacca l'etichetta dello sconto e mi dice che pago 10 euro.
Mi sporgo, guardo i collant e vedo il prezzo di 9.95 € e chiedo come mai non fosse applicato lo sconto, mi risponde che c'è stato un errore perché sugli accessori non c'è scontistica.
Mi domando come mai l'errore fosse su tutti i collant, ma siccome mi servono con urgenza e sono in ritardo, pago e vado via.
Tornando a casa decido di controllare sul sito del noto marchio che ha una sezione dedicata agli articoli con lo sconto del 30% e trovo lo stesso identico collant che ho acquistato io poco prima.
Lavorare va bene ma prendere in giro il cliente perché?
Tornerò sicuramente a chiedere spiegazioni
An unusual thing happened to me today that bothered me and that I would like to tell to prevent it from happening to someone else again.
I run to a well-known children's shop in Alcamo in Viale Europa, I enter and ask for a pair of neutral-colored tights for Babies, the owner takes a type, shows me and tells me that he has to check if there is bigger size.
My eye falls on the 30% discount label applied above.
In the meantime, the owner checks and tells me that it has a large size, I ask him to see it and in the end I decide to take it, I go to the cashier, I go really in a hurry and it shows, the owner peels off the discount label and tells me that I pay 10 euros.
I lean out, look at the tights and see the price of € 9.95 and ask why the discount was not applied, he replies that there was an error because there is no discount on accessories.
I wonder why the mistake was on all the tights, but since I need them urgently and I'm late, I pay and go away.
Returning home, I decide to check the website of the well-known brand which has a section dedicated to items with a 30% discount and I find the exact same pantyhose that I bought just before.
Working is okay but making fun of the customer why?
I will definitely come back to ask for explanations
