★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarta volta MANCATA CONSEGNA,in questo mese Catania zona vulcania..... Scrivo di consegnare gentilmente in determinati orari, e consegnano sempre alle 14, mancata consegna senza rilascio degli avvisi, fatti già due fermo deposito, altri pacchi tornati al mittente.
Ultimo pacco, spedizione di un trofeo in Cristallo in queste condizioni. Riserva in bolla.... Mah.
 Fourth time NON DELIVERY, this month Catania Vulcania area ..... I write to kindly deliver at certain times, and always deliver at 2 pm, non-delivery without release of notices, already made two storage stops, other packages returned to the sender.
Last package, shipment of a Crystal trophy in these conditions. Bubble reserve .... Mah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tempi indicati nello stato di consegna non solo non vengono MAI rispettati ma anche abbondantemente superati. Inoltre non si possono avere notizie sul proprio pacco. Sono due giorni che mi hanno lasciato solo con la dicitura "in consegna dalle ore 12.00 alle ore 14.00". Parlare con qualcuno del call center è un'impresa, inviare un reclamo praticamente impossibile, visto che la Pagina sul loro sito non funziona mai. Veramente un servizio pessimo. L'inconveniente o l'abbondanza di spedizioni possono capitare ma per lo meno si dovrebbe avere la decenza di rendersi reperibili per dare delle informazioni
The times indicated in the delivery status are not only NEVER respected but also abundantly exceeded. Furthermore, there is no news about your package. For two days they have left me alone with the words "available from 12.00 to 14.00". Talking to someone from the call center is hard work, submitting a complaint is virtually impossible, as the page on their site never works. Really bad service. The inconvenience or the abundance of shipments can happen but at least you should have the decency to make yourself available to give information
