Pessimi da reclamare per CV via email a sede in principale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho consegnato un pacco ad un fermopoint BRT, il corriere l’ha ritirato quasi una settimana da ma non ha mai fornito nessun tracking, ad oggi non si sa che fine abbia fatto. Al numero dell’ “assistenza” clienti risponde una signora incompetente, arrogante e scostumata: oltre a non aver neanche PROVATO a risolvere il mio problema (causato solo ed esclusivamente da loro), ha riagganciato il telefono mentre parlavo. VERGOGNATEVI
I delivered a package to a BRT fermopoint, the courier has withdrawn it almost a week since but has never provided any tracking, to date it is not known what happened to it. An incompetent, arrogant and rude lady answers the customer "assistance" number: in addition to not even trying to solve my problem (caused solely and exclusively by them), she hung up the phone while I was talking. SHAME ON YOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo ripetute telefonate con Bartolini di Castellammare di Stabia, una tentata consegna ad un indirizzo che telefonicamente era stato già stato comunicato come errato, la maleducazione della signora al call center che puntualmente riattaccava la conversazione senza nemmeno dare la possibilità di rispondere, né prendere nota dell'indirizzo corretto. Un tentativo di ritirare il pacco ad personam alle 18, non riuscito perché sebbene la sede chiuda alle 18.30 non ce l'hanno concessa, riusciamo a prenotare il ritiro chiedendo un fermo deposito. Percorriamo 35 km per raggiungere la filiale DOPO AVER CONCORDATO UN FERMO DEPOSITO PER STAMATTINA e ciliegina sulla torta hanno rispedito il pacco al mittente .
Non ci sono parole per esprimere la vostra ingratitudine, poca professionalità, mancanza di senso del dovere. Ma dico, state scherzando spero?
After repeated phone calls with Bartolini from Castellammare di Stabia, an attempted delivery to an address that had already been communicated by telephone as incorrect, the rudeness of the lady at the call center who punctually hung up the conversation without even giving the opportunity to answer or take note of the 'right address. An attempt to collect the parcel ad personam at 6pm, unsuccessful because although the office closes at 6.30pm they did not allow it, we are able to book the collection by asking for a deposit. We travel 35 km to reach the branch AFTER HAVING AGREED A LATCH DEPOSIT FOR THIS MORNING and the icing on the cake have returned the package to the sender.
There are no words to express your ingratitude, lack of professionalism, lack of sense of duty. But I say, are you kidding I hope?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio 3 stelle e non 1 perché, nonostante tutto, il pacco alla fine è arrivato a destinazione.
La centralinista con cui ho parlato è stata poco simpatica, mi ha risposto in modo nervoso, scontroso, con sufficienza e non è stata capace di risolvermi il problema.
Il pacco mi è arrivato in uno scatolone evidentemente maltrattato e la consegna è stata lenta (ogni giorno per un motivo diverso mi è stato rispedito indietro), però almeno mi hanno permesso di apportare delle modifiche alla spedizione senza "troppe difficoltà" e "teoricamente" sono stati fatti diversi tentativi di consegna.
I leave 3 stars and not 1 because, despite everything, the package finally arrived at its destination.
The switchboard operator with whom I spoke was not very nice, she answered in a nervous, surly way, with disdain and was not able to solve the problem.
The package arrived in an obviously ill-treated box and the delivery was slow (every day for a different reason it was sent back to me), but at least they allowed me to make changes to the shipment without "too much difficulty" and "theoretically" several delivery attempts have been made.

centralinista scortese che le uniche parole che sapeva dire sono state “il suo pacco arriva oggi” in tutti e 3 i giorni che chiamavo per reclamare
Indirizzo sempre errato nonostante le mie modifiche e dopo aver chiamato. Alla fine dopo varie peripezie si ricordano di consegnarmi il pacco, ma per sfortuna il corriere ancora non ha ben chiaro dove mi trovo, non conosce L indirizzo, non ha whatsapp per potergli inviare la posizione, e dopo vari tentativi di spiegazione da parte mia mi risponde male e stacca il cellulare. Credo che il pacco mi sia stato consegnato solo perché ho richiamato il corriere e gli ho detto che erano già 4 giorni che aspettavo questo pacco.si è passato la mano sulla coscienza. Vi consiglio, siccome fate consegne tutti i giorni di scaricare Google maps perche non si può sentire che non sapete come arrivare a un indirizzo se non lo conoscete

In the end, after various vicissitudes, they remember to deliver the package to me, but unfortunately the courier still does not know where I am, he does not know the address, he does not have whatsapp to be able to send him the position, and after several attempts to explain me he answers badly and disconnects the cell phone. I believe that the package was only delivered to me because I called the courier back and told him that I had been waiting for this package for 4 days already. He passed his hand over his conscience. I advise you, as you deliver every day, to download Google maps because you can't feel that you don't know how to get to an address if you don't know it.
