V	Vit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo quando hanno notevole numero di consegne il sistema va in tilt. E presumo utilizzano il metodo della mancata consegna per indirizzo errato o non completo. Unfortunately, when they have a significant number of deliveries, the system goes haywire. And I assume they use the method of non-delivery for wrong or incomplete address.

Mai mai mai più accetterò di farmi arrivare la corrispondenza tramite loro. Very very very poor service, no friendliness at the switchboard, unable to solve problems. Never ever again will I agree to have correspondence come through them.

Cmq sono ancora in attesa di un pacco (1 settimana che mi dice "in consegna" ) che non si sa dove sia, forse lo porterà direttamente Babbo Natale. Shameful is an understatement, call center does not exist and when they answer they do not even know where the package is and when it will be delivered ... Anyway I'm still waiting for a package (1 week that tells me "in delivery") that you do not know where it is, maybe Santa Claus will bring it directly.

Ho scritto una mail ad Arcaplanet per comunicare che fin quando si avvarranno di sti falliti per le spedizioni non comprerò più nulla da loro. Siamo in due in casa in quarantena fiduciaria e leggo, come da foto, che sono passati e non hanno trovato nessuno. Ho 3 gatti che per colpa di sti sfigati sono senza cibo. Bestie! These clowns pretend to pass but do not pass. I wrote an email to Arcaplanet to communicate that as long as they use failed sti for shipments I will not buy anything from them. We are two in the house in fiduciary quarantine and I read, as shown in the photos, that they have passed by and have not found anyone. I have 3 cats who are without food because of these losers. Ho fissato un appuntamento, di cui ho pagato il servizio, attendendo il loro arrivo invano. In seguito mi hanno fissato la consegna, senza consultarmi, in un altro giorno ad un'ora scelta da loro. Impossibile sono 20 anni che lavoriamo li e vengono di continuo. Assenza di professionalità!!!! S	So vale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bartolini è l'unico corriere che non consegna mai! Ogni volta che ho una spedizione con la filiale di cassino I miei pacchi vagano per settimane intere. Darei zero se fosse possibile, chiederò ai miei venditori di servirsi di un altro corriere per le spedizioni! Bartolini is the only courier that never delivers! Every time I have a shipment with the Cassino branch, my packages go around for weeks. I would give zero if it were possible, I will ask my sellers to use another courier for shipments!

Io faccio il fermo vado li stamane e il pacco non ce . Mi rispondono che è il sistema che mi ha scritto. Sistema o non sistema il pacco doveva stare lì. Ed io sono andata a vuoto. Mi faccio togliere il fermo deposito e l addetto mi dice che forse a cada mi arriverà domani altrimenti lunedì px. Questo pacco era il regalo di Natale per mia moglie.
