★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie BRT siete gli unici come corriere che siete sempre stati puntuali, avevo ordinato da un sito che doveva consegnarmela SDA come dal sito ma si vede che hanno cambiato idea i gestori del sito visto che tutti hanno problemi con loro con le spedizioni ,visto che mi mandano il pacco al improvviso con BRT ,devo dire che anche in passato e sempre loro sono stati sempre puntuali e professionali forse gli unici a chiamare il cliente che ha ha ricevere il pacco meritate più di 5 stelle dal mio punto di vista.
 Thanks BRT you are the only one as a courier who has always been on time, I had ordered from a site that was supposed to deliver it to me SDA as from the site but you can see that the site managers have changed their minds since everyone has problems with them with shipments, since I they send the package suddenly with BRT, I must say that even in the past and always they have always been punctual and professional, perhaps the only ones to call the customer who has received the package deserved more than 5 stars from my point of view.

Personale cordialissimo, gentile, veloce e professionale. Regna il silenzio, si sentono solo le tastiere del pc lavorare. Fanno di tutto per accontentare il cliente, sono rimasta davvero piacevolmente sorpresa. Tanti complimenti

Sono due giorni che tengo la chiamata aperta in attesa di parlare con un operatore, quella musichetta ormai saprei suonarla con qualunque strumenti mi date tra le mani. Mi hanno chiamato 3 giorni fa dicendo che mi avrebbero consegnato un pacco il giorno dopo, velocemente e con arroganza, senza preoccuparsi del fatto che potrei non essere stato a casa. Ancora sto provando a chiamarli per accordare una consegna ma sembra di voler chiamare il presidente della repubblica e pretendere una risposta immediata. Da esperienze passate, i pacchi arrivano quasi sempre danneggiati (solo esternamente per fortuna). Che brutta sede questa di Arezzo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamando il numero c'è un risponditore automatico, intanto chiede se sono cliente con codice o no...non lo sono, ma i miei soldi li hanno presi dal fornitore. Clicco per chiedere info su una consegna RINVIATA per 3 GIORNI DI FILA, il sistema chiede di dettare il numero di 19 cifre...ma che è una puntata di giochi senza frontiere, ovviamente non capisce, provo a digitare ma nulla, alla fine, e ho provato 3 volte una voce con accento cinese... è vero non scherzo...dice che c'è un errore e riattacca.... che altro dire 1 stella è anche troppo
