Grundsätzlich ist meine X12 Gold eine feine SLF mit ordentlicher Verarbeitung, die man wirklich empfehlen könnte, wenn diese junge und ach so innovative Firma sich auch nach dem Verkauf um die Kunden kümmern würde.
Die X12 habe ich im Januar 2019 gekauft und eintragen lassen. Dann stellte sich heraus, dass der Schaft falsch war. Nach mehr als 10 Mails und Telefonaten habe dann nach mehr als einem Jahr den richtigen bekommen.
Jetzt ist im Aussenbereich der Fingergriff abhanden gekommen und schon wiederholt sich das Drama.
Auch wenn die Produkte ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis haben, sollte man hier die Finger davon lassen und einen gängigeren Hersteller wählen, der auch Support bietet.
Das schont auf Dauer die Nerven und man fördert nicht solch ein Verhalten.,.

Basically my X12 Gold is a fine SLF with decent workmanship, which one could really recommend if this young and oh so innovative company would take care of the customers after the sale.
I bought the X12 in January 2019 and had it registered. Then it turned out that the shaft was wrong. After more than 10 emails and phone calls, I got the right one after more than a year.
Now the finger grip has been lost outside and the drama is already repeating itself.
Even if the products have a very good price-performance ratio, you should keep your hands off them and choose a more common manufacturer who also offers support.
That saves the nerves in the long run and you don't encourage such behavior.,.
