L'orario si inizia dalle ore 24:00 ti carichi da solo e poi ti sparì come uno schiavo 12/15 ore. Ora ho capito perché tutti al coloquio eravamo stranieri. Questa è la nuova schiavitù. Ma lo capisci solo quando ci stai dentro e vieni trattato come fossi un numero e senza essere nemmeno considerato una persona. Ho scritto anche all'ufficio del personale ma penso sia giusto esporre le proprie esperienze per aprire gli occhi a chi rischia di incappare in questa grande azienda che tratta i dipendenti come fossero solo muli da lavoro. Il mio fidanzato ha lavorato un anno per loro e ci ha messo davvero l'anima perché motivato e perché amava davvero il suo lavoro. Quante volte alle 23 ha scoperto dopo 13 ore di lavoro di dover tornare alle 5.30 la mattina dopo? Innumerevoli. Così come le volte in cui a fine giornata si è reso disponibile per aiutare colleghi in difficoltà (spesso autisti con esperienza maggiore). Altrettanti i casi in cui i turni di lavoro cambiavano con preavviso di quindici minuti. A cosa ha portato questa determinazione? A scoprire di dover restare a casa L'ULTIMO GIORNO DI LAVORO DOPO ESSERE STATO SPREMUTO PER I LORO COMODI FINO ALLA FINE. Quello che resta e che mortifica è il senso di delusione di quanto ti impegni al 101% e vieni trattato come un mulo, non come una persona. Stipendi ok. Azienda precisa. E	Enzo Praga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non lavoro con loro ma abito vicino alla loro azienda e siccome sono autista anch'io li vedo partire molto presto per essere puntuali allo scarico è un ottima ditta proprio nel senso della parola. Ci si può fidare. I don't work with them but I live near their company and since I am a driver I also see them leave very early to be punctual at the unloading. Avevo un un'ottimo rapporto con i titolari e se svolgevi il tuo lavoro in modo professionale ti rispettavano. È vero e un lavoro pesante perché non fai solo l'autista però e anche vero che come pagava la Brivio &Viganò non pagava nessuno così. Perciò se facevi 20 ore di lavoro te li pagavano tutti. Invece voglio ricordare a qualche autista che ci sono aziende che ti fanno contratto nazionale sei pagato per 45 ore settimanali e lavori per 15 ore al giorno. Paladino Diego.
