★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutey catastrophic. Avoid at all cost except if you want to have a stressful journey and arrive late. All their trains are delayed, they are not helpful, the person that changes your ticket is a man who clearly needs to change his glasses, took him 10 minutes to type my name!!!!!!! Very sorry I even thought of that option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and easy rail station to navigate. 1km walk from the Old Town. Ticket machines are exceptionally slow so do not expect to make a train with 10 minutes to spare if you still need to buy tickets!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid twice for my ticket. Once with the automatic machine (contactless) which failed to print a ticket, and once at the counter. The counter lady said she knew the machine had an issue and that I would be refunded at midnight, but that didn't happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brindisi is a great Italian town. There are many examples of very old architecture . We took a Tuk Tuk ride around the bumpy streets seeing many ancient buildings and one incredible fortress that defended the harbor. The night life is active and there is no shorttage of restaurants...just be prepared to eat your incredible dinner late.
