Dopo pochissime settimane sono comparsi dei difetti sul materiale utilizzato che ha portato a deformarsi fino a crollare il tetto. Li ho contattati e mi hanno detto che si sarebbero interessati per risolvere il problema. Ancora aspetto notizie. Mi hanno lasciato sbattere. Questo è sinonimo di poca serietà. Prima sono gentili con la clientela, poi quando hai un problema non servì più. Non metterò più un piede in questo negozio.
Ten months ago we gave my daughter a fairly large playhouse, spending a considerable amount of money. After a few weeks some defects appeared on the material used which led to deformation until the roof collapsed. I contacted them and they told me that they would be interested to solve the problem. I'm still waiting for news. They let me slam. This is synonymous with lack of seriousness. First they are kind to customers, then when you have a problem it didn't help anymore. I will never put a foot in this store again.
