Their website is well organized, They are always kind through their online customer service. Dispatch time is really fast (48 hours from Venezia to Legnago-Verona), Merchandise had come in optimum conditions due to their well cared way of packaging. Goods had all their own safety plastic packaging in order to protect from possible rough travellings. I was reading that they are used to include some other products in the orders, me I've received a key chain with a little defect, the first time, the second time I've received a Maracuya juice packet. The First Time, the carrier that they used, sent me an sms with ETA after receiving the pack. I didn't receive a message of confirmation of dispatch from them and time of delivery was not posted in their website. The second time, in despite of this, It arrived exactly in 48 hours. I've certainly highly recommend this company for their effectiveness and accurate service.
