★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza pessima. Pessimo montaggio, manutenzione necessaria per rimediare errori di montaggio iniziale, impossibile trovare la disponibilità della ditta. A 3 anni e mezzo dal cantiere ci troviamo con zanzariere non funzionanti e persiane rotte.
Bad assistance. Bad assembly, maintenance necessary to remedy initial assembly errors, impossible to find the availability of the company. Three and a half years after the construction site we find ourselves with non-working mosquito nets and broken shutters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non discuto la qualità dei prodotti, ma l'assistenza è pessima. Sei mesi di attesa per sostituire una zanzariera (in garanzia) mi sembrano una presa in giro. Al telefono ti rispondono "la faccio richiamare", aspetta pure!!!!
I do not dispute the quality of the products, but the assistance is very bad. Six months of waiting to replace a mosquito net (under warranty) seems like a joke to me. On the phone they answer "I'll call you back", wait !!!!

Una volta scaduta la garanzia, diversamente dalla "promesse", prestano assistenza a costi proibitivi, calcolando le tariffe considerando il percorso dalla sede principale. Per riparare finestre danneggiatesi a pochi anni dall'installazione ho dovuto rivolgermi ad altri.
Bad assistance. Once the warranty has expired, unlike the "promises", they provide assistance at prohibitive costs, calculating the rates considering the route from the main office. To repair damaged windows a few years after installation, I had to turn to others.
