Ovviamente non è possibile avere una visione obiettiva perché l’occhio della gioventù ti fa vedere tutto con un occhio differente. Comunque ai miei tempi la caserma più in alto era la caserma D’Angelo sedei del famigerato Gruppo Artiglieria Lanzo,spauracchio delle reclute in attesa di destinazione al termine del corso tenuto nella caserma più a valle, la Salsa...Ai miei tempi c’erano i muli e il pezzo di artiglieria era l’obice 105/14. Bei tempi...erano i tempi della Brigata Cadore. I reviewed my barracks after 36 years. Obviously it is not possible to have an objective vision because the eye of youth makes you see everything with a different eye. However, in my day the highest barracks was the D'Angelo barracks, I was the seat of the infamous Lanzo Artillery Group, a bugbear of recruits waiting for their destination at the end of the course held in the barracks further downstream, the Salsa ... they were the mules and the artillery piece was the 105/14 howitzer. Good times ... they were the times of the Cadore Brigade.
