Accusandomi pure di aver danneggiato io il materiale pur sapendo la verità. Con molta prepotenza ha rifiutato il rimborso! Quando la Legge sull'acquisto prevede in un limite di tempo il rimborso immediato! Per quanto, sconsiglio qualsiasi tipo di acquisto in quel luogo! Da evitare come la peste!
Allora, se lei ha visionato le telecamere del giorno dell'acquisto, potrà costatare che prima del pagamento ho effettuato delle foto del prodotto per inviarle ad un amico per sapere se si trattava del buon prodotto. Sulle foto appare la data e l'ora come prova! Su queste stesse foto, facendo un ingrandimento, si può già notare che il prodotto in questione, non solamente si vede che è ammaccato, ma si può anche vedere della ruggine sull'impatto. Danno che non ho potuto fare io. Ovviamente, se avessi visto il danno non l'avrei acquistato, solo in un secondo tempo mi sono accorto del problema. Quindi posso provare quello che dico.

In oltre abbiamo avuto il tempo di leggere e fotografare la prima versione della risposta che lei ha pubblicato sul mio commento, nella quale lei stesso dichiara l'esatto contrario! Parlando anche d'un presunto risarcimento trattenuto sul buono a causa dei danni apparenti...
Poi in un secondo tempo è apparso il commento che possiamo ancora leggere fino ad oggi, dove lei dichiara un'altra versione dei fatti.
