Personale competente e gentile. La struttura potrebbe essere illuminata meglio e ammodernata, ma la sostanza c' è.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un barattolo di vernice scegliendo un colore da cartella, sono arrivata a casa ho pitturato e il risultato era completamente diverso, comprato un bianco sporco e il risultato era azzurro direi colore sbagliato, bhe torno dal commesso e il risultato è che neppure con foto e cartella del colore il commesso ha amesso che c'è stato un errore ( il che non sarebbe stato un problema) ma anzi era risentito con il risultato che sono uscita senza pittura.
Allora mi sento di dare un consiglio, anch'io lavoro con il pubblico e purtroppo per me e per voi il cliente a sempre ragione sopratutto se educato e rispettoso nel fare la critica.
Ovviamente il risultato non solo avete perso un cliente ma sicuramente non ci sara una buona pubblicita'
I bought a can of paint by choosing a color from the folder, I got home I painted and the result was completely different, bought an off-white and the result was blue I would say wrong color, well I go back to the salesman and the result is that not even with photos and color chart the clerk admitted there was an error (which wouldn't have been a problem) but was actually resentful with the result that I left without painting.
So I would like to give some advice, I too work with the public and unfortunately for me and for you the customer is always right, especially if polite and respectful in making criticism.
Obviously the result not only you have lost a customer but surely there will be no good publicity.
