Difficilissimo contattarli al telefono, non rispondono alle mail. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma a tutt’oggi nessuna risposta. Mi rivolgerò ad un’associtazione di Consumatori. Aziende così devono essere bloccate, NON COMPRATE SU QUESTO SITO Unfortunately bad experience, on 28/05/2021 I sent a bank transfer for the purchase of two pairs of U-POWER safety shoes, expected delivery date 4-6 June, no specification that the shoes would be available from September. Very difficult to contact them on the phone, they do not respond to emails. I asked for a refund but to date no answer. I will contact a consumer association. Companies like this must be blocked, DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE

Sono arrabbiatissima,delusa e schifata. Mai più comprare da loro.... Att.ne che nn vi accetta reso e non fa rimborsi. Praticamente ti ruba i soldi. Trovate difficoltà presso i rifornitori di Roma, seppure avessi mostrato un campione, la OMGE mi ha segnalato tutti i suoi corrispondenti rivenditori del Lazio: 6 su Roma e 4 in provincia. Finalmente ho trovato in Aprilia presso la Bricofer di Magrini il prodotto che mi serviva. Grazie alla prontezza e intuito dei Sig.ri Simone ed Enrico sono potuto risalire al nome tecnico della guida, la 850/40 e su questo muovo una eccezione alla OMGE che nella stampaggio dell'art. non ha impresso la classifica tecnica grazie alla quale avrei risparmiato tempo. La competenza e la prontezza dei Sig.ri Simone ed Enrico è andata al di là di ogni mia aspettativa, considerato che in tutti i rivenditori di Roma (in numero di 6 nessuno aveva la guida del tipo campione mostrato).
