Il personale ed il direttore in particolare non so quali corsi abbiano fatto per ricoprire i propri ruoli ma di sicuro non sono per nulla gentili collaborativi e per nulla disponibil. Qualcuno dovrebbe avvisarli che non sono dipendenti statali e certi atteggiamenti creano loro un grosso danno.... Purtroppo la mentalità invece è quella. Non ci andremo più. È non siamo i soli.
Bad experience in terms of customer care. The staff and the director in particular do not know what courses they have done to fill their roles but they are certainly not kind collaborative and not available at all. Someone should warn them that they are not state employees and certain attitudes create great harm to them .... Unfortunately, the mentality is that. We won't go there anymore. It is we are not the only ones.
