★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AGGIORNAMENTO 24/07/2021: abbiamo comprato una piscina da giardino (in foto). Ci ha servito per ben due volte l'addetto di nome "Manuele M.". È stato un OTTIMO CONSULENTE per noi che eravamo totalmente allo scuro di come e cosa si compra per avere una piscina, ma soprattutto di come si mantiene nel tempo e di cosa bisogna comprare per farlo. Dato la nostra ignoranza in materia abbiamo tempestato Manuele di domande, che con tantissima pazienza ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha accompagnato in tutta la fase d'acquisto. Dall'inizio alla fine. E con molta professionalità e cortesia.
Questa esperienza fa guadagnare una stella a questo negozio.

Per me che sono un venditore, questo negozio è ben lontano dall'essere commercialmente attraente, per carità, il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma raramente acquisto qui, l'esperienza d'acquisto a mio avviso è un pò noiosa, non sono invogliato ad acquistare altro che quello che mi serve, non vengono segnalate novità o prodotti interessanti, niente del genere. Negozio quasi sempre semivuoto con musica a basso volume, che mi fa quasi da ninnananna e fa venir voglia di dormire.....
Prezzi leggermente sopra la media.
UPDATE 07/24/2021: we bought a garden pool (pictured). The clerk named "Manuele M." served us twice. He was an EXCELLENT CONSULTANT for us who were totally in the dark about how and what you buy to have a swimming pool, but above all about how it lasts over time and what you have to buy to do it. Given our ignorance on the subject, we pestered Manuele with questions, who with a lot of patience explained everything to us and accompanied us throughout the purchase phase. From start to finish. And with a lot of professionalism and courtesy.
This experience earns this shop a star.

For me as a seller, this shop is far from being commercially attractive, for heaven's sake, the staff are nice and helpful, but I rarely buy here, the shopping experience in my opinion is a bit boring, I'm not enticed to buy anything other than what I need, no news or interesting products are reported, nothing of the kind. Almost always half-empty shop with low volume music, which almost makes me lullaby and makes me want to sleep .....
Prices slightly above average.
