★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un peccato che per poco, si rischi di annullare tutto quello che di buono c e in questi negozio.
Essendo un cliente abituale, mi è capitato di entrare in confidenza con tutto il personale di questo negozio e mi spiace dover segnalare che, nonostante il personale sia gentilissimo e mediamente professionale, ci sia carenza di personale.
Ho capito che con un paio di assunzioni di personale, tutto filerebbe più liscio con più serenità per tutti soprattutto per il cliente che in certe situazioni si trova a dover girare il negozio per un informazione, visto che il personale è sparso ovunque per sistemare materiale o a scaricare la nuova merce.
Oppure fare troppa coda alla cassa perché c e una cassa sola aperta visto che il poco altro personale presente è giustamente indaffarato a fare altre mansioni.
Ribadisco i complimenti per il negozio, mai una parola fuori posto da nessuno e tanta cordialità, dall' ordine del negozio, al mazzo che si fanno i dipendenti per far sì che questo negozio sia così a posto, e lo dico sinceramente...peccato perché un paio di addetti in più, darebbero la svolta definitiva in positivo.

Being a regular customer, I happened to get to know all the staff of this shop and I'm sorry to have to report that, despite the staff being very kind and on average professional, there is a shortage of staff.
I understood that with a couple of staff hires, everything would run smoother with more serenity for everyone, especially for the customer who in certain situations finds himself having to go around the shop for information, since the staff is scattered everywhere to arrange material or unload the new merchandise.
Or to queue too much at the cashier because there is only one cashier open since the few other staff present are rightly busy doing other tasks.
I reiterate the congratulations for the shop, never a word out of place from anyone and so much friendliness, from the order of the shop, to the bunch that the employees do to make this shop so good, and I say it sincerely ... too bad because a couple of more employees would give the final positive turnaround.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci siamo davvero. Non posso dare zero stelle, altrimenti lo farei senz'altro.
Avendo lavorato quasi dieci anni nella grande distribuzione, so perfettamente come dovrebbe essere un negozio e... come non dovrebbe essere.
Questo posto ha diverse cose che non vanno.
La più grave è la mancanza di empatia nei confronti dei clienti da parte del personale che ci lavora.
Il deserto dei tartari: quando hai la fortuna di incrociare un addetto che non ha fatto in tempo ad imboscarsi in magazzino, ricevi spesso risposte che lasciano davvero a bocca aperta, che trasmettono zero passione per ciò che fanno, scazzo ed una gran voglia di finire il proprio turno al più presto.
Se, all'epoca, avessi dato risposte del genere ai miei clienti ed un responsabile, o un capo area, mi avesse sentito, sarei stato mandato via dopo tre lettere di richiamo.
Ma qui, i responsabili e i capi area, che fanno???
Da evitare in conclusione. Sconsigliato vivamente.
Infatti mi rivolgo sempre di più all'unica alternativa ad Arenzano.

This place has several things wrong with it.
The most serious is the lack of empathy towards customers on the part of the staff who work there.
The desert of the Tartars: when you are lucky enough to meet an employee who did not have time to hide in the warehouse, you often receive answers that really leave your mouth open, that transmit zero passion for what they do, scazzo and a great desire to finish your turn soon.
If, at the time, I had given such answers to my clients and a manager, or area manager, had heard me, I would have been sent away after three reminder letters.
But here, the managers and area managers, what are they doing ???
To be avoided in conclusion. Strongly not recommended.
In fact, I turn more and more to the only alternative to Arenzano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono andata per la prima volta al Brico di Arenzano e ho trovato quasi tutto quello che cercavo (per le pulizie di casa e il fai da te). Ho trovato molti prodotti in offerta ma anche dei prezzi un po' alti su alcuni articoli. Per chiedere una cosa ho cercato il personale in tutte le corsie fino a quando non è sbucato uno dei 2 uomini che stavano indaffarati nel mettere in ordine uno scaffale 10 minuti prima. Secondo me ci dovrebbe essere una persona ad hoc per le richieste. Comunque ho trovato disponibilità e cortesia. Consiglio
